Preparing for collection
Give the venue, permitted arrival and collection times, vehicle dimensions and event contact. Separate the outward and return requirements and explain any access pass or instructions supplied by the venue.

Which circuits can I discuss with DMT?
Share the actual venue and event schedule, whether Brands Hatch, Silverstone, Donington Park, Goodwood or another UK circuit. Jack confirms the route, paddock access, suitability and availability for the booking.
Does an event enquiry include a return movement?
Only an agreed plan confirms what is included. State both outward and return dates and contacts, then ask Jack to confirm availability and quote the actual movements.
How is the transport price worked out?
Distance, the vehicle’s dimensions and condition, loading access and your dates all affect the quote. For several cars, include the full load and every stop. Jack confirms the proposed arrangement and full price before booking.
