Door-to-door service for private owners
We collect from your home, workplace or seller and deliver to the destination you agree, subject to suitable loading access. You can arrange the move directly with Jack by phone or WhatsApp.
Your vehicle travels on an open transporter. Tell Jack about the exact model, running condition and any special requirements so the right loading arrangement can be confirmed.
From a new purchase to a change of address
A car bought online, a private sale, a classic going into storage or a household vehicle moving with you: the service starts with where the car is and where you need it.
If you cannot attend collection or delivery, agree the authorised contacts, key arrangements and paperwork with the seller and Jack in advance.
From quote to delivery
1. Request your quote. Tell Jack which car you need moved, where it is and where you want it delivered. Include your preferred dates and any running or clearance requirements.
2. Arrange collection. Jack confirms the proposed transport, price and collection arrangements. You or your seller agree who will release the car, with keys and the required paperwork ready.
3. Your vehicle travels. The car is moved by open transporter on the agreed UK route. Speak directly with Jack about the collection and delivery arrangements.
4. Receive your car. Delivery is made to the agreed destination, subject to suitable access. Arrange who will receive it and how condition and handover will be recorded before the journey.

Can you collect from a private seller?
Yes. Confirm that the seller is ready to release the vehicle and provide their collection details. Jack will agree suitable access, timing, key arrangements and the receiving contact with you.
What if I cannot be there for the handover?
Nominate an authorised person at the collection or delivery point. Agree the keys, documents and condition record in advance so everyone knows who is handing over and receiving the vehicle.
